The step down lounge has a beautiful, stone covered, gas fireplace. A small custom built coffee table in the center of this area has its own shade cover with overhead lights. The second lounge has a Sun-brella shade cover with two ceiling fans and led lights. There are drop down shades as well. With the kitchen bar on one side and a second bar also with stools on the other there is seating for six more in the dining area. The second bar includes a small sink, under counter fridge, and wine cooler. A second hot water heater feeds both the sink and the laundry machines housed in a side cabinet.
