  A licensed and will draft and send any counter-offers to buyers.
• Transaction Management
  All disclosure and sale forms required to close; with the assistance of a professional transaction coordinator.
• Free Legal Support Team
  Sellers will have Free access to real estate lawyers for transaction questions.
• Agent Visual Inspection
  As required in several states, a licensed agent will tour the property and complete an agent visual inspection prior to close.
• Licensed Broker support
  When a Seller has questions, they can schedule a call with our licensed brokers.
